HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED?
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 2-3 business days. We believe in transparency, no additional shipping charges are ever applied to the order price.

Currently, we ship to all of the United States and territories.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. All shipping charges associated with an item return are the responsibility of the customer. The return process can be initiated by sending an email to service@wearcacti.com with the words "product return" in the subject line.
